Oswald
It's all downhill from here
Oswald
Measuring in at 320 feet, the player is faced with a fairly straight-forward hole to open the round. Aptly named after Lee Harvey Oswald, this hole is close to the distance and elevation from which he shot Kennedy; this par three features a dry creek guarding the left with a road beyond and dense forest guarding the right side of the downhill fairway. The green slopes back and away from the basket, so the smart play is to keep the disc close and avoid roll-aways.
Red Tee
Red Tee distance is 250 feet.
Fairway
Fairway is straight downhill
Green
Basket sets on a fast green.
Hazards
Road and beyond is out-of-bounds. Creek is casual. No water on play on this hole.

By establishing a business of our own in Lafayette, we are furthering the collective thought of all disc golfers- “Grow the Sport”. We focus entirely on selling Disc Golf merchandise by hosting leagues and tournaments, online sales, and have even secured a spot at a local brick-and-mortar store. As Lafayette’s go-to “shop”, we have made an impact on the community throughout south Louisiana by hosting tournaments every year, being involved in competitive play at the club level in Lafayette, and being ambassadors for the sport anywhere we travel. We have hosted over 500 Professional and Amateur players, many local, but we have had some drive in from neighboring states and even as far as California and Florida! With hard work and dedication, and by showcasing the many parks in Lafayette and its surrounding areas, we continue to grow the sport, as Disc Golf increases in popularity world-wide.
